EDC collects a $25 registration fee at the time of enrollment to secure your dancers spot.

The first installment is due on September 1st.

If for any reason you wish to withdraw from EDC or from a class you have until October 30, 2023 to withdraw, in writing. If a withdrawal is after this date you are still responsible for the full tuition and the amount owed on the account.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.

There is a late fee equal to 10% for any installment that is not paid by the 8th of each month.

There is a $50.00 fee for any returned checks

If there is an extra costume fee, it must be paid by January 31, 2024

EDC follows the Chesterfield County School closures regarding holidays and inclement weather

In order to perform in the Evolution Dance Center Showcase all dancers must wear the correct tights, jewelry, shoes, and costume.
